I've loved living at the exton! the convenience and modem features have been so nice for the two years we've claimed its residency! The friendly faces and amenities have been a very appreciated bonus as well!

The Exton is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The apartments are brand new, everyone I've met who works here is super responsive and welcoming, and the views can't be beat. I love having a private garage, having access to rooftop barbecues, and looking out over Orchard Park, especially when there are fun events happening during the summer. They are not only pet friendly, but they WELCOME pets to the extent of them having dog treats in the front office and an indoor pet rest area! Living here truly is the best and I recommend it to everyone!

Amazing location! Great place to live

We have lived here for just about 5 months now and the view of the mountains that we get every morning is breathtaking, we are so grateful to call The Exton our home!

Love living here. Alan with the maintenance is always on top of it and responds quickly. Very quiet but friendly community which is perfect for me. Close to Costco, the mall...I mean you really can't beat this location. The views of the mountains are 10/10. Hosting grill outs with friends on the rooftop with these views is hard to beat. Events are held at the green space in front of the building pretty frequently so there's almost always something you can walk to for entertainment.

I really enjoy living here. Everyone who works here are friendly and very helpful if you need something. I also appreciate that pets are allowed here. I couldn't live without my cat. Also the orchard park right outside have a lot of different festivals or other events going on throughout the year.
